What happens to your frames?
Every frame and order is assessed individually. If you are unsure whether your frames are suitable before sending them, share a photo and your prescription details with us.
Frame assessment
An optician first checks the condition and suitability of your frames together with the order details. If anything needs your decision, we contact you before continuing.
Lens preparation and edging
We prepare your chosen lenses using the order information, then edge them precisely to fit the shape of your frames.
Fitting and final inspection
We fit the lenses into your frames and inspect the finished glasses before packing them for tracked return shipping.
