SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION

Relenser provides tracked GLS transport for your frames to our workshop and for the finished glasses back to you. We email the required shipping instructions and label after your order is confirmed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Single-vision lenses are normally produced and fitted within 1 working day after we receive your frames and all required prescription information. Progressive and other made-to-order lenses normally require approximately 4 working days. These production times do not include transport.

TRANSIT TIME

Slovenia: normally 1 working day in each direction.

Other supported EU countries: normally 3–4 working days in each direction.

SHIPPING PRICE

Slovenia: EUR 0.

Other supported countries: EUR 18.

SUPPORTED COUNTRIES

We currently accept Shopify consumer orders for Slovenia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. The United Kingdom and all other countries are currently excluded.

Times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, incomplete prescription information, an unsuitable frame, carrier disruption or events outside our control. We will contact you if your order is delayed.
