Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION

Relenser provides tracked GLS transport for your frames to our workshop and for the finished glasses back to you. When your order is ready for shipping, we email a prepaid label and personal instructions for sending your existing glasses to our workshop in Slovenia. Print the label and drop the parcel at a GLS point that accepts returns, as shown in your instructions. Home collection is not currently offered. Once the new lenses are fitted, we deliver your glasses to your address. For a warranty return, contact us first for new instructions.

PRODUCTION TIME

Clear single-vision lenses are normally produced and fitted within 1 working day after we receive your frames and all required prescription information. All other lenses (sunglass, photochromic, progressive and office) normally require approximately 5 working days. These production times do not include transport.

TRANSIT TIME

Slovenia: normally 1 working day in each direction.

Other supported EU countries: transit time depends on the country and destination and is additional to production time. Follow the carrier tracking for the current delivery estimate.

SHIPPING PRICE

Slovenia: EUR 2.99 for both directions.

Other supported EU countries: EUR 4.99 for both directions.
